I don’t remember everything we ordered, but I do remember the seafood not tasting as fresh as I expected. The fish had kind of an off taste, and the shrimp tasted like it had been sitting around too long. Could’ve just been an unlucky day or bad timing, but I left disappointed.

I ordered from Pacific Catch online recently and had a small mix-up. One item was missing, and the pickup time seemed a little off, which was frustrating in the moment.

I emailed them later, the part I remember most now is how they handled it. They replied the next day, apologized, and refunded the missing item without making me jump through hoops.
The food we did get was still really good, so that helped too. I do think they could be better about checking orders before handing them off, but since my latest interaction with them was handled well, I’d still call it a good experience overall...

It just didn’t feel worth the price!! The food was fine, nothing awful, but the portions were small for what they charge. Once all the fees were added, I was like… yeah, not really worth it. I’ve definitely had better meals nearby for less. I probably wouldn’t order again unless the prices come down

I tried getting in touch about my order, but nobody got back to me in time. When I finally did hear from someone, the reply felt rushed and didn’t really help. whoever runs this needs to sort out their customer service because the whole thing was frustrating. I wouldn’t bother contacting them again

I booked a table on pacificcatch.com and showed up right on time, but we still ended up waiting about 35-40 minutes. The host was friendly and kept saying it would just be a few more minutes, but after a while that got frustrating.

I ordered from Pacific Catch and overall really liked it. The fish tasted fresh, and the sauces had a lot of flavor with a nice little kick, so it definitely wasn’t bland. My bowl was filling too, which I appreciated. That said, one of the sauces was a bit too salty for my taste, though I could see someone who likes bolder flavors enjoying it more. I still liked the meal and would order from them again.

Getting there was a breeze, and parking was ridiculously easy. I didn’t have to circle around or stress about finding a spot at all.

Pacific Catch had a really nice vibe for a casual dinner. It felt relaxed but still lively enough to be fun, and thankfully it wasn’t so loud that we had to yell across the table. The lighting and decor made the whole place feel warm and easy to hang out in.

Ordered delivery from Pacific Catch and overall it was a good experience. The food showed up still warm, maybe about 10 minutes later than the app said, but it wasn’t a big deal. Everything tasted fresh, and the poke bowl was probably my favorite part. I’d order from here again for an easy dinner.

I’ve been here quite a few times now, it’s just consistently good. Every time I go, I’m kind of thinking, okay, hope it’s like last time—and it always is. The food comes out fresh, the service is friendly, and nothing ever feels random or hit-or-miss. It’s nice walking in already knowing I’m probably going to have a solid meal. No real complaints from me.
